House Rules of HAAS41.be - Aparthouse Eupen
Tobacco and damage: We are a completely smoke free house. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the aparthouse, including the rooms. Implementation of Decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 laying down the conditions for the application of the smoking ban in the places concerned. We reserve the right to impose a fine of 400 € on any guest who has smoked in the room and to deny him access to the apartmenthouse in the future . We can not tolerate this, because beyond the discomfort of our next guest, it leads to a complete cleaning of all textiles in the room and a booking loss for 2 days (hence a loss of operation). We kindly ask you to respect the accommodation and decoration of your room and common areas. In case of a problem, the guest will be held civilly liable. By booking, you take full responsibility for everyone in your group. Any damage caused by cigarettes, or any other reason will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, with a minimum of €100.
Arrival and departure: Please note that there is no reception. Access codes for the main entrance door, apartments, bedrooms, garages, parking spaces will be communicated to you either by a message from the booking agency, an SMS to your mobile phone or an email. Accommodation will be available after 3 p.m.
The apartment is to be vacated on the morning of your departure at 11 am. Payment must be made in advance or by debiting your credit card at the end of your stay.
Persons with reduced mobility: Our establishment is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. We have three apartments on the first floor with walk-in showers.
Number of people per apartment: The apartments and rooms are intended for the number of people specified at the time of booking. If you wish to accommodate extra people, you must let us know prior to your arrival to plan the bed linen. For security reasons, the maximum number of people accommodated in a room, an apartment must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated on the bookingportal.
Breakfast: No breakfast is provided. The apartments are equipped with kitchens. We recommend the bakery and grocery store just a few meters from our aparthouse, where breakfast is served.
Nuisances: Respect other guests, be careful not to slam the doors shut or make too much noise.
Valuables: The apartment house declines any responsibility for lost or stolen items. Some rooms are equipped with hotel safes. Please make sure you have closed your room before you leave.
Animals: Pets are not allowed at the property.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Booking conditions: Any reservation, in order to be firm and final, must be guaranteed by a credit card number along with the expiration date or by prepayment. The aparthouse reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete. All reservations are binding orders.
Cancellation or modification of the reservation: If you need to cancel or amend your booking after it has been confirmed, cancellation fees will apply: The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival. If the customer does not show up, he must pay the full amount of the reservation. Non-refundable rates: The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if he cancels at any time. If you shorten your stay after your arrival, you will be charged the normal price, unless the room can be resold. All cancellations must be confirmed by email. In case of interruption of stay, early departure, or no-show, this applies to the complete cancellation of your reservation. There will be no refund, the booked stay is due in full. If the revocation is to become effective from the date of an oral notification, it must be expressly referred to in the written confirmation. All written statements received by the apartment house with reference to the oral communication release the guest from a later confirmation. We remind our friendly customers that the house rules and terms and conditions of the aparthouse apply to all reservations. The acceptance of the rental of the room at the indicated price implies the acceptance of the house rules and terms and conditions of the Aparthouse.
Force majeure: Any event outside the parties that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable and prevents "HAAS41.be - Aparthouse Eupen" from fulfilling all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract shall be considered a case of force majeure. This applies in particular to flood risks, strikes, riots, prohibitions by state or official authorities. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the fulfilment of the obligations of "HAAS41.be - Aparthouse Eupen" and that the other party bears the costs of the resulting costs. In particular, the customer shall bear the additional costs that may be incurred after the occurrence of a case of force majeure in order to enable the continuation of his journey.
"HAAS41.be - Aparthouse Eupen" reserves the right to cancel a reservation with bad weather.
